After 13 successful years, the former partners in Ballagh & Edward LLP restructured their business relationship as of January 1, 2022.

While Michele Ballagh and Valerie Edward will continue to assist each other in serving the needs of their respective clients, they have decided to dissolve their partnership and carry on independent practices going forward.
